Robin Cowling
After summering in Orleans for 20 years, Robin is now a full-time resident and loving it. She began her career in financial services and after having three children moved into retail. She opened a clothing and accessories store in Simsbury, Connecticut, which gave her relevant experience in merchandising and staging. Robin recently purchased a new home in Orleans and “lived” the process of donating, selling, and tossing to get her existing home ready for sale.
Robin’s new home required a complete renovation and she acted as the general contractor overseeing all of the changes. Her style is comfortable and simple and she has a great eye for “high/low” – mixing expensive pieces with bargain finds. She is a licensed real estate agent in MA and a member of the Mill Pond Association. Robin is an avid tennis player and loves walking on Nauset Beach.
SALLY HUGHES
Sally’s strength has always been her organizational skills. After working in finance in New York City, she returned to Cape Cod and sold residential real estate in Chatham for several years. From there she continued her love of real estate as a project manager for a successful real estate auction company in Boston. Sally’s responsibilities included furnishing and staging model units and then managing the sale process. While raising three children she was an enthusiastic volunteer at her children’s schools and outside activities.
Sally downsized her home in Concord, MA five years ago and, having spent 20 summers on Snow Shore Road in Orleans, recently purchased a new home around the corner. Having “lived” these transitions herself she can offer first-hand advice on how to make the process as simple and stress free as possible. When not spending time with family and friends, you can find Sally on the beach or the golf course.
