 Our Staging to Sell or Stay Proposal

Step One

  • On site meeting with homeowner and/or realtor to explain staging goals.

  • Tour each room taking notes and photography.

  • Find out positives and negatives about home

 

Step Two

  • Create a detailed staging proposal including our recommendations for decluttering, repairs, painting, and maintenance on the property. We will strive to use homeowner’s decor if possible.

  • Proposal includes design services fees and cost of furniture/accessories rental for a 3-month period.  A monthly rental fee after the initial 3-month period will also be included.

Step Three

  • My Pretty Cape House will arrange furniture and accessories in such a way as to enhance appeal to wide audience of buyers, maximize visual square footage, lighten and brighten rooms, and create an optimal environment.

 

 


*We realize that some customers may be more receptive to home-staging than others so we will take care to explain to them that we are not there to criticize their home but ultimately to give honest feedback on how to make their home more sellable.
